How We Ship:
To ensure the safest and fastest service, most orders are shipped via US Postal Service. Orders that weigh less than 8 pounds are normally shipped via Priority Mail. Larger orders and bulky merchandise are shipped via Parcel Post or UPS, unless expedited shipping options are requested. Additional shipping fees may apply. All rates represent US domestic shipping only.
When your order is processed and shipped, we will, upon request, provide you with a confirmation number that you can use to track your package at the USPS or UPS (when applicable) websites. Drop us a line anytime to request a shipping update or assistance in tracking your order.
How Long It Takes:
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 24-48 hours and delivered
within a week, depending upon location. Sale items, promotional specials, and seasonal demand may create an occasional
shortage of certain items, and/or delays in our shipping department.
We double-check all orders for accuracy and inspect all merchandise for damage before packing, so peak shipping periods may experience occasional delays. If delivery cannot be made in a timely fashion, we will communicate this information to with an estimated delivery date. Refunds for out of stock items available upon request.
Express Mail Delivery
If you need to have your order delivered fast, we do offer Express Mail service for an additional fee. Please call us and let us know that you want your order expedited for next-day delivery so we can be sure to get it on it's way to you.
